There are several sites that tell you the differences of types of business in general
Mycorp.com from intuit who also makes quickbooks and the nevada corp. are two that come to mind. When you search their sites they explain the different type of business entities: sole proprietor, llc, partnership,corp and s-corp. This may or may not help but give them a try.
