To be completly honest with you, there's not much to do for people under 15 in Hollywood. It's more of a nighttime place. If you go to Hollywood and Highland there's the mall complex and the Kodak Theater. Next to it is the Manns Chinese Theater where you can look at all the cement handprints. Across the street is the El Capitan Theater where you can watch a new Disneymovie and catch something extra afterwards. That's pretty much about it....

I wanted to add this...the kid said he was under 15. A 15 year old can't drive through the streets and look at mansions nor drive another 30 min to Santa Monica Pier and to Malibu.

Hollywood BLVD free its where all the stars are. The wax museum was pretty cheap. I think the chinese theater certain days give free tours. (all of these are on the sunset strip with the stars). They have lots of shops that are free you want walk into and check out their little museums ect.

You can go to free taping of TV shows. Like sitcoms and etc.

Well you could when I went there at 16. But that was a few years ago.

Well you def have to check out Hollywood Blvd, where they have Mann's Chinese Theater and all the stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Also head down to the Santa Monica Pier and maybe take a ride on the rollercoaster or one of the many other rides. For a fun and relaxing day head down to Malibu and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the ocean.

Who knows, you may even see a celebrity. And if you have time, go to the beach. All of these are free.

go to the place where all the Hollywood stars are on the ground. There is shopping there and places to eat, you can spend the whole day looking at stuff for free! Plus, its fun to try and find your favorite celebrities on the walk of fame!

Google different things to do in hollywood. try to find places that are not tourist sites. Look around online for past history and find out where you can see it live. the best things to do on a vacation is find out the hot spot and go somewhere else.
