My fav sushie is california rolls but whats yours?

I'm with you. I love California rolls. But there are these spicy CA rolls, don't know the name, and they're darned tasty too. The ones with actual seafood are good, but I always default to those two.

I like Unagi - broiled eel. The eels is nicely broiled with a slight char and coated with a terriyaki like glaze.
