If you are the one driving, you are the one who will be held responsible; that there is a licensed driver in the car is irrelevant. You may not go to jail, but you will probably be ticketed, and your car may be towed.

It's possible that you could be arrested, because the fine for driving on s suspended license is up to one year incarceration, and/or up to $1000 fine. You should receive at least three citations. The first would be the probable cause stop. Red light, speeding, etc.. The second would be for driving on a suspended license. Since insurance companies only insure valid licensed drivers, the third citation would be for no insurance. If your passenger has knowledge that you have a suspended license, they could also be cited for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.

It's possible, but why risk it? If you're not arrested, you'll most certainly get a ticket which could be pretty hefty. Your car could also get towed. If there's a valid driver in the vehicle, then why aren't you letting them drive? For whatever reason, you've already had your license suspended once. Why risk getting into deeper legal problems by driving a car while you have a suspended license?

Driving under suspended license IS a jailable offense. Most likely you would be issued a ticket and allowed to have the licensed driver drive away. However, you could be put in jail and have your car towed, that is up to the arresting officer.

Yes.
Why wouldn't you? Unless the licensed driver is the one driving!
in that case it's a trick question.... and very sly with the wording, but I don't think thats what you meant.

You prolly won't go right then, but not cause there's a licensed driver with you.
You're driving under suspension and that's what matters.

1. To bar for a period from a privilege, office, or position, usually as a punishment: suspend a student from school.
2. To cause to stop for a period; interrupt: suspended the trial.

THIS MEANS IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE GOD IN THE CAR SUSPENDED MEAN YOU CANNOT DRIVE NO MATTER WHAT. LET THE OTHER PERSON DRIVE. OR JUST GOTO JAIL.

It's a possibility - if your license is suspended it doesn't matter who is in the car with you - you can't drive.

Let someone else do the driving until you become valid again. Why risk finding out if you'll go to jail or not?
