I was wondering because dunkin dounuts claims to double brew there coffee.

brew a pot of coffee,
put new grounds in the machine like you are making a 2nd batch,
pour the coffee in instead of water
let it perk
presto double brew

Brew coffee like normal. Put new grounds in coffeemaker. Put coffee in water holder (instead of water), brew normally.

that meen they brew it the same then put the coffee back in where the water goes and let it repet the prosses.ta-da it's double brewed

I agree with the first answer, although it doesnt necessarily involve new coffee grinds. Depends.
