Just over 23.13 days without a break!

But - you will need sleep, and food and other breaks; these will amount to 22 lots of 8 hrs sleep, 69 meals lasting 20 mins each and 230 mins toilet breaks -

grand total of 31.59 days

Counting once per second, about 12 days. That means no sleeping, no stopping for food and drink. See how fast you can count (high numbers take longer to say) and you can make your own estimate.
