Normally things just flow.
You don't need anyone telling you what to say or do.
What are you expecting? A script?
Talk about how things have changed, what you've been doing lately, how your family is, etc, etc.
Ask her how her life has changed, if her friends are okay, I don't know.
Just random stuff.

definately dont talk about the break up... talk about current situations... bringing up the past may bring up old feelings whether they are good or bad.. in either case that may not be a good thing. depending on if both of you are completely over what happened or not. stay in the present.. and present yourself in a positive light... stay away from the negative.

She already know you so just be yourself, but dont bring up bad things between you from the past. Let what happened in the past stay there. Im sure it will be fine.
