I am a huge fan of cheese and crackers but obviously those are not always so healthy. I love to dip my veggies in hummus. Try a low-fat yogurt mixed with a bit of granola. There are some smoothies you can make containing fruit which are pretty healthy, I've found some good recipes online. Oatmeal or applesauce...sweetened with splenda or just without a lot of sugar. Peanut Butter crackers are a good healthy snack if eaten in moderation and give you energy or just hold you over until the next meal. Also you could have sliced banana or apple with pb. For a drink I usually have a cold lipton diet green tea or iced coffee with skim milk. I love to go to Trader Joe's and buy meals and snacks there, a lot of them are pretty healthy!

yogurt is good but make sure it is nonfat/lowfat and doesnt have a lot of hidden sugars and other such things. also granola but it has to be natural and not a lot of junk should be added into it like once again; hidden fats and sugars. almonds and other nuts in proportion is really good. obviously veggies and fruits as you mentioned. whole grain/wheat cereal and skim/nonfat milks are good. i personally love cottage cheese but nonfat. pretzels [wholewheat and no salt] are awesome! (:

Often these are - fruits, vegetables, diatary products.
Take ideas how to prepare healthy snacks recipes from here http://www.quick-weight-loss-programs.com/healthy-snack-recipes.html
Hope this helps and wish you many nice moments :)
