You don't state where you are. Slidell can be reached by traveling Airline highway. From Baton Rouge it's about 60 miles and about 20 from New Orleans. You can get there by interstate 10 or Airline highway. If you are in New Orleans go north to Slidell and go south if you are coming from Baton Rouge. There are many towns along Airline including LaPlace, Slidell, Gonzales and Prarieville. If you let me know where you are, I can be more specific.

yes it is called new orleans -- airline highway runs through jeffererson parish and ends at the parish line and becomes tulane which goes on into new orleans. now from the the parish line to the edge of slidell it would be about 25 miles. all in the city or across the lake on interstate 10.

Just drive across the bridge and get on it. Probably about 45 minutes in traffic.
