no its not that bad you be better off with something whole grain but if this helps kills cravings for other sweets dont worry about it

there is no such thing as good food or bad food... so don't deny yourself reeses puffs if that's what you really want to eat! however.. for 160 calories... there are much more nutritious things to eat. also that's an awfully small breakfast! the refined sugars in the cereal can spike your blood sugar level, and leave you crashing (and starving) shortly later. if you chose to go with the cereal, deifinately look for a way to add some protien. maybe some protien powder to your milk, or a few egg whites. (ideas) if you are just now for the first time looking at your diet, i'd almost reccommend you eat the puffs if that's what you want becasue you should be making small changes, rather than large ones. if you'd have eaten cereal in the past, then stick with it. goign with smaller portions, and maybe slowly adding healthier cereals may be a good way to do it. maybe start doing half puffs and half rice rice krispies untill you are used to letting the chocolate go... then try oatmeal every other day... etc. but just for weight loss.. you can eat anything ... portions are key! good luck!

it depends on what diet your on, if you don't eat something for the beginning of the day your just going to feel like a limp shaken leaf ready to be blown in the wind. This isn't the most healthiest things but if I am determined to lo ode weight like on a have to status more for my emotional support because of some self image crisis I might be having I take no doze(every 4 hrs., Multie-vitamins with meals, have a 1-3 hr. non-stop able unrealistic project each day(this helps you want to drink your liquids) absolutely no candy, butter, most meats, cheese, and MOST important never to eat-drink more than the size of birth of your fists within two hrs. If you get hungry eat baby carrots, apples bread with no butter(or water and salt) and if you really wanna be strict you can restrict your hunger urges to plain Tortola chips, so if your really that hungry you eat only those and believe me you'll be rethinking some of those urges. If you get unmotivated look at the cutest boy you know of(Justin timberlakes) or a sexy teen girl(Hillary duff) and remember how bad you want this. You will never mess up because if you do then well you can always just go to the toilet and look at how nasty everything looks until you puke but I'd do it immediately after and at least make it worth it, you probably wont feel like eating that particular food after this. Also suck your stomach in the whole time, the longer you hold out the more fun and easier it gets, good luck sorry to be the evil one to give you this unhealthy advice but it does work and i think u should at least know just in case your a girl like me...

Cheerios and puffed wheat are whole grain and have almost no fat or sugar. Reese's Puffs are mostly sugar and fat, are high in calories, have almost zero food value and are made with refined grains. Hmm; not much of a choice, is it?

Buy smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is quite a bit easier – those diminutive helpings suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to enjoy less.
