It's just beautiful!
Message of July 25, 2007
"Dear children! Today, on the day of the Patron of your Parish, I call you to imitate the lives of the Saints. May they be, for you, an example and encouragement to a life of holiness. May prayer for you be like the air you breathe in and not a burden. Little children, God will reveal His love to you and you will experience the joy that you are my beloved. God will bless you and give you an abundance of grace. Thank you for having responded to my call."
*Note: The parish in Medjugorje is St. James, whose feast day is today.

Patricia: I am aware that the apparitions are not approved. Normally apparitions will not be considered for approval until they come to an end. As these are ongoing, it makes sense that the Church hasn't issued anything definite on them.
The Message is just the same beautiful and very timely.

I LOVE that woman! She's never says anything bad. Her very presence gives me hope that we all are made alive through Christ. Thanks for bringing Him here.

Iwent to Medju in 1990 and i was very impressed with the seers and the local people there. I accept in advance whatever Rome has to say in examining the alleged visions.
I usually don't spend much time reading private(especially unapproved) locutions and other private messages because I would rather read public revelation like the Holy Scriptures, especially as applied and interpeted in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Councils, Papal documents,Doctors and Fathers and Spiritual Masters and Church History and Apologetics. After that I don't have much time for private revelations,Iguess.
Have you been to Medju? Lourdes?Rome?Monserrat? Fatima? Knock?Monreale(Sicilia)?
These are the shrines in Europe I've been to. I hope to go to Walsingham when i visit my aunt in Hayes(Middlesex,UK).
I had hoped to go toYasna Gora in Poland this year but i can't afford it. God bless.
My name is James and I am named after a Salesian priest uncle missionary from Ireland to Argentina. His Spanish name was Santiago( James the Greater).

If only the human person could follow all of our Blessed Mothers calls. Her messages are filled with such love and patience. I'm curiuos of the secrets which are soon to be revealed for mankind and the sufferings of those who are lost.
Are you familiar with the 5 visionaries in Medjugorje?

Yes, actually I had seen it. I am a big supporter and believer of Medjugorje. When I was very sick, some of my family members lit a candle there for me and asked Our Lady to intercede. I received a blessing beyond what I ever imagined.
Anyway, the messages Our Lady gives us in this blessed and peaceful place are always so beautiful and encouraging. She also speaks with such simplicity so that all peoples can embrace her messages with understanding and appreciation.
Thanks for posting this and calling attention to what Our Lady is trying to tell the world.

This is not to answer the "question" since it's not really a question but a created opportunity to report the message. But I had to answer one of the answers which says that Pope Benedict said that Protestant churches are useless for salvation.
The media has done a marvelous job of reporting the pope's statement FALSELY. He did not say there was no possibility of salvation in churches and Christian communities other than the Catholic Chuch. He said the OPPOSITE. That there is grace and elements of the Church of Christ in those communities.
The Catholic Church and Pope Benedict do not believe you have to be Catholic to be saved and go to Heaven.

I had not heard that. I hope to hear more inspiring words like that from the Catholic community.
Even non-Catholics can embrace the spirit of love and dedication that that parish has shared with us. We need to emulate the lives of people like Saints more and emulate the lives of Hollywood celebrities less. Thank you for your ecuminical sharing.

No I haven't, thanks for sharing it. Imitating the lives of the Saints is good advice since our popular role models are so pro-vanity. We must be a contrast to the world so that we can witness to all we cross paths with.

I don't see evidence of heresy or seeds or untruth in this statement. I see love, hope and peace in this statement and find great comfort in the message. Thank you for sharing this with us.
