He created man hoping we would turn out right, then when we didn't he drowned us all. If he can see the eternity of time laid out before him, why does he need to waste time waiting. To him there is no waiting time. Why does he have hope? He already knows the first go won't work.

Time is grace for you. The seventh day God rested. God is not in need of rest but the Sabbath is for man. Time is for man and this time of grace is for us to come to know God and accept the price he paid for us.

God is waiting, because HE wants all to come to Him. He has hope? NO because without Jesus, we have no hope. God did destroy man , once with the flood, but He promised never to flood the earth again- and He sent His Son, so no one has to perish- man will never be good, no matter how much God waits- God is the One that sent His Son, into time, to save us, if we accept Him as full payment sin
