Judaism is a terrific religion (I am Catholic)! They steadfastly preserved God's word so that we might have it today and they shared their love of God with us. In fact, we owe them a lot!!!!!

I firmly believe that the Jews are STILL in a very valid and valuable covenantal relationship with God. Jesus did not come to end the law....but to teach his people how to live it on a deeper, purer level.

NO....the Jews did NOT kill Jesus. Crucifixion and other means of capital punishment by Jews was strictly forbidden by the Romans who occupied the area. We all know that Jesus willingly laid his life down for us sinners.

I myself am not Jewish because I need the Sacraments and other tangible means of grace. Plus, I need a saviour and to know that someone before me when through the difficulties in life that I have experienced. But Judaism is grand!

Honestly, I don't find any religion or the followers thereof to be particularly compelling or worthy of a great deal of thought other than Buddhism and Buddhists. Judaism seems a lot more sensible than most other religions, but that's not really saying much....

Everything I say is in general or on the whole.

I think Jews are without a doubt the most intelligent religion out there. I attribute this to their culture of questioning and dissent. They value education and knowledge, even more so than the dogma of religion.

That being said, there are plenty of kooky things the Jews do. That moronic Kabbalah thing stands out in my mind, along with kosher laws (hamburger OK, but cheeseburger now way?). Also, they (some) take the cake for, to my knowledge, the stupidest religious tradition--refusing to turn on/off a light.

I don't think Israel was a good idea. I support them now because it's a fact, but they are in no way entitled to special treatment and the US is *way* too unilateral in the support of this country.

Oh, and the shape-shifting kinda creeps me out.

I find myself always drawn to these questions to see responses. Usually I like what I see because it's good to see things like "If they're nice to me I'll be nice to them."

But then there are people who say "I feel bad for them because Jesus was a Jew and his own people killed him,so Jesus was in fact killed by jews .i wouldnt practice judaism because it obviously led them to kill God's son. "

Honestly, what day and age do you live in that you believe such crap?
