well as you may or may not know, but land lines are on the way out. they cost to much and don't offer much for the dollar. VOIP or digital phones service is become a great choice. Its less expensive and more fuctional that traditional phone service. I offer digital phones services through my store. The company is globalinx. we have rates that are competitive of our competition and some plans were beat any other provider on the market. I use the service, and i have several customer, some from vonage, comcast, via talk. all that have switched and are now using globalinx. Where are you located? Check your local telephone book. There is a list of all the phone companies that service your area. Then go to one of their website and place your order.

good idea u know what call centres are like these days, its really easy just go to bt.com and follow the instructions you will need your full address and bank details to hand!!!

Most providers have web ordering ability. Don't know your location, but att.com has that capability.
