Fasting means not to eat. That is how breakfast got its name. You break your fast by eating food.
So, I guess a recipe for fasting would be clear liquids such as chicken broth, coffee, tea, cranberry juice, apple juice, water.
If the liquid is opaque (you can't see through it) it has pulp and would not qualify as a fasting beverage.

first of all fasting means that you're giving up something for a while. so you aren't eating at all. No recipes are needed.
