The real answer is: Act before this can happen. The question states, "Everywhere....." Not just the cities but everywhere. And I am with you on this question.

Folks are so blind to what is happening, how about if they get on a motorcycle, and go as fast it will take them, and then slam into a brick wall, try to see if the theory of realativity does work? Same thing that is happening to our environment, not long before we will all be on that same motorcycle. Wake up World!!!!

Back in the 1960s people used to say that. But now the smog is not as bad as it was back then. I remember a day back in the late 1960s in the Los Angeles area where the smog was so bad my eyes were stinging and watering and I could not take a deep breath without coughing. We have really cleaned up our act. I have not experienced such a bad day again in all these years. We aren't perfect , but we are better. If you think it is worse now, you are just wrong.

Sorry, I live out in the country. I visited the city once. I though the smog was kind of pretty. Almost like the mist and fog we get in the cool mornings.

Well, brk the air quality in the USA is very clean and it gets better and better with new technology. If you are alluding to the Kyoto treaty, it won't "fix" any environmental problems. It is simply a transfer of the wealth or a "leveling of the playing field" and I am NOT for that!

I'm more than willing to help. I've just been waiting for the environment to ask.
