Your "Yahoo posting" English is just fine. The purpose of language is to communicate an idea. Your paragraph accomplished that, although many people would like reading your post better if you used a more standard vocabulary and grammar.

Don't marry someone out of pity. If he really wants a wife and children he'll go out and find someone who loves him and wants to marry him, not try to guilt you into it.
Marriage per the Bible is not necessary. I am a Christian and for multiple reasons I won't go into right now, I never want to get married. People have this obsession with marriage, even atheists. I dated a guy for three years and I thought our relationship was great as it was, but he ended it because he "didn't see a point" if marriage was not on the horizon. Is that love?

Not everyone is suited to marriage. Many people never marry, or decide that it's not for them and go back to being single. There's nothing wrong with this.
Pity is a poor reason to marry. Marry someone you love, respect, and enjoy being with, not because you don't want him to die without ever having a wife and children.

In the Bible, there are several references to not marrying.
Jesus spoke of people who are "eunuchs" for the Kingdom of God. That means they have made the decision to forego marriage or sexual relations, family, etc so that they can devote themselve full time to the work of God.
Paul writes to the Corinthians and tells them that it is better for people not to marry. That way they can devote themselves full time to serving God. But because too many people would end up in sexual sin if they tried to stay single, God allows them to marry and encourages them to have sexual realtions frequently with each other. Paul himself was single.
Paul also writes to the widows of the church recommending that they stay single, and devote themselves to full time service to God.
Others in the Bible who remained single include Daniel and John the Baptist.
So there is nothing in the Bible which commands a person to marry. If your friends wants to marry, and you do not, then you are probably not suppose to be married to each other. Usually people marry because they have the same goal and visions, not because they are afraid or feel sorry for a person. SUch a marriage is unlikely to succeed. (Would you want him to marry you out of pity?)

In Corinthians it speaks of marriage. The Bible says that if someone stays single, they can better serve God. If you want a spouse and/or family, the Bible says to get married, also in Genesis.

That is the finest run-on sentence I've seen here all month.
Marriage is overrated. When there's a 51% chance you'll be fighting it out in court over $8 plates bought at Target in less than five years, there is zero appeal to me.
George Clooney and Gene Simmons have it right.

Jesus Himself never married, so clearly it is not a requirement of God to be married. I think that God desires many to get married and uses that opportunity to make them more like Him, while He gives others singleness as a gift for the same person.

Only those who have a problem with sex. Everyone does not have the gift to be abstinence in this area. Paul let us know that if you are struggling in this area every man and every woman needs to have a mate to
AVOID,
committing fornication; and
NOT,
someone else's mate. .

Sounds like this older guy has sex on the brain. Forget him, he'll find another.
