I love to use my garden veggies only. I thread on to skewers what ever is fresh that day but not too ripe as it tends to drip. I use a light marinade of olive oil, garlic, lime, salt & peper and some pineapple juice if I have some or even orange juice. Put on grill and brush lightly while turning often. YUMMY

I use red and green peppers, a sweet vidalia type onion and sirloin marinated in oil, soy, lemon juice, garlic, basil, lots of pepper and a few toasted sesame seeds.

sirloin, onions, bell pepper, and large mushrooms. Yummy! Also, garden veggies, squash, peppers and onions, skewered and cooked with no meat, also parboil small potatoes and skewer them.
