many remove it with wax, but if you want something permanent, laser removal would be best.

My fiancé waxes his back because the hair doesn't grow in evenly. You can also use Nair - that is a hair removal cream, but I should warn you it smells BAD. If you can stand it, plucking hair (small amounts obviously) is also an option, and will last longer than shaving. (Plus shaving will give you unwanted ingrown hairs, rash, or may cause breakouts). I know someone who shaves their chest, but once you start you don't really have the option of stopping (otherwise it gets all itchy and annoying). I would leave the hair on the back of your hands, it would look unnatural to shave that. If you can afford it and really want that hair gone, it can be removed by laser.

wax. if you shave, you'll get red bumps and a bit of an itchy rash. Wax is much cleaner too. I'd get it professionally done though, as home kits leave bruises if you don't use them correctly. Less risk with a pro job.

Waxing is better! Stays smoother longer and you dont get razor burn or annoying stubble and itch from shaving
