This sounds like a trick question. For God has the full right to determine how blood is to be regarded.
In today's society, Md's etc have the full right to determine how to dispose of Blood.

Jehovah God is the only one who can state how blood can be used. In ancient times before Christ, blood was used by worshipers of God to make atonement for their sins, and the way it was done was outlined by God. In times following Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice in which being the Lamb of God, his spilled blood now brings forgiveness of sins to all exercising faith in that ransom sacrifice and doing the will of God. Blood now is to be abstained from, meaning no use of blood is now allowed, it must be spilled back out onto the ground or done away with, animals must be properly bled before eaten, there are no more animal sacrifices, and we should not preform blood transfusions as God says blood is sacred and holy as life is in the blood. Transfusion of blood fits into the category of eating blood, when in a coma, people are fed intravenously, they are given lipids or proiteins and fats in liquid form directly injected into their veins. Someone else's blood will be recognized by your body as foreign, since then your body recognizes it as foreign, it also recognizes it as fats and protein, therefor using it as food and violating God command, not to eat blood.
