i want to tan but i know it not good for your skin what can i do to have a healthy tan?

I used to own a tanning salon and I can tell you first hand that it is the worst thing you can do to your skin. I am now a skin care specialist and have studied the effects of UV rays and there is NO safe way. The best way is to experiment with some self tanners. There are now some lotions over the counter that are safe. Just be sure you do a patch test maybe on your thigh so some place not noticeable on you. Make sure your palms are cleaned after application and watch out for yellowness. One may be good for one person, but wrong for you.
P.S> when out of doors, make sure you wear sunscreen.
You can get a burn or blister that could turn into a skin cancer.

Do the spray on tan instead of the tanning bed.... the one where the person sprays it on is better then the machine.
Call local tanning places and ask if they do it!

Use Garnier No Streaks tan in light. Amazing natural but dark tan. Try it once and you will be hooked!

-you could get the Neutrogena spray on tan.
- you could get wut i use which is this gradual tanning lotion that you use daily from bath & body works.
- or you can go to a tanning booth but i dont think thats the healthiest way.
