I would solve it for $100, this is actually the exactly the part of my thinking that is gone after going crazy, I would make a spredsheet and figure it out if I had to

i dont understand how you can find this out. i figured out some half the puzzle.
the order of the houses could be yellow? , blue, yellow?, green, white
i figured out a few more things but not enough to get the answer come somebody explain
