My Trimline Treadmill model T335HR is locked upright. How do I unlock it?

I got it from from Liquidation.com, they said it was a return but in perfectly working condition and it does not even unlock, the spring is lose. Any tips to get it open would be appreciated and by the way BEWARE OF LIQUIDATION.COM, they never even addressed my dispute note. I called Nautitus and it appears like it will be expensive to send a technician and also they don't have any spareparts for this model.

Use the key that they taped to the bottom of it.
