If you are referring to the Jews as a race, like any other race you will find a full mixture of beliefs. Just having Jewish blood in you does not make you automatically believe a particular way. So there are Jews who believe in One God, Jews in believe in many gods, and Jews who believe in no god.
But if you are speaking of the Jewish faith that comes from the Torah (or the Christan Old Testament), that faith teaches that there is only One God.

I suppose there is the possibility of a person of Jewish origin following Paganism, or Hinduism or the like. But people of the Jewish faith worship the same "El" as Christians, albeit in a different way.
