She is my ex's ex & present girlfriend. She reached me first via emails and phone calls to my home, job & cell. At that time, he was my bf. As of today, I have never reached her via calls nor have I ever threaten her in any way. I have send her emails 2/3 responding to hers but that's about it. Obviously, we are both combating for the same man...this is another subject. What can she possibly do at most if any?

First of all get you your own man. A new man stops by like buses every 15 minutes!

Why are you worried about her filing charges against you. Is it because you are talking to her "now man"???
Let's get real here. If you were my ex's ex, I wouldn't have you on the same block with him, none the less communicating with him, because quote "he was my bf"......get over it, you're only wasting your life away, when Mister Right is possibly walking back and forth in front of you and you can't see him, because you are messing aroun with.... "he was your bf"
Get a new "BF" and leave hers alone and you won't have to worry about her filing charges against you.

Think of it this way. "If he was strong enough to walk away from you, then he wanted to go, he wasn't totally into you"

When I was younger I clung onto old boyfriends, thinking "Oh we can be just friends" after awhile, they begin to lose respect for you. They feel that if you don't go away, they can treat you as trash and it will happen.
Get the rest of your little self respect that you can gather up off the floor and go rebuild another life, a better life.
A life away from him. He's the one whose lost the best thing he could have had and that's "YOU"
Go live it and rub it in his face. Do it up right girlfriend and don't look back!!!

she can try
at most the police will tell the both of you not to communicate with eachother further.
don't respond to her emails- or if you do - say only this-
do not communicate with me any furter
save the emails to a folder and write down when she calls- again do not answer her calls. if she called from a different # and you ans. and it's her- hang up. do not engage her in anyway
if she come by where you are and tries to start trouble- leave the area- go in your house- if you are home- close and lock the door and call the police
do not engage her - live by that rule

Nothing- But pending privacy in communications laws- you may be able to charge her for privacy in communications. :)

Oh yeah- and find a new man. He obviously enjoys this.. lol

Nothing. If you have not threatened her. On the flip side, she could be charged for harassing you if she is constantly contacting you.
