I get those too. a lot of people do. they're like a canker sore, only they don't hurt. they're clear/white and you can pop them and nothing happens.
don't worry about it, it will be gone in a few days.
if it gets sore, rinse your mouth a few times a day with hot/warm water and a few dashes of salt.
these little bubble things mainly show up when you haven't been brushing/flossing good enough.
they're are no harm at all.

By bubble, do you mean like a little bump?

I have something like that. I asked my dentist about it and he said some people get something similar to a freckle on the roof of their mouth; it's nothing dangerous or bad.

Since you know it's not cancer, I'm assuming your doctor took a biopsy and had it tested at a lab? I really don't think there's anything else you can do besides that since you've obviously seen a doctor already about it.

Did you have something very hot to drink, Or maybe ate something too hard without chewing it properly. you may have inadvertently bruised or nicked the roof or your mouth. Or even scalded it so you have a kind of blister. it's probably nothing leave it and if it doesn't go away in a few days time or even a week go to the Dr ..

I have a persistant bubble in the roof of my mouth right behind my front teeth. It formed when my wisdom teeth came in and pushed my front teeth closer together pinching the roof of my mouth in that area. Like most skin in your mouth it is prone to burning and blistering, which might be your problem.

What did the Doctor say? It could be that the pH in your system is off causing a raw spot or you are eating something too course rubbing it raw..I get that from eating captin crunch ceral...If its your pH try eating things low in acid like milk, water, bread etc and see if that helps. Also check out webMD they might have some other answers

If it is like a blister, with liquid inside, try this.

Cut a mint leaf, wet it with your saliva, sprinkle salt over it and press it to the blister. Burns like hell for a moment but takes care of it.

If not, see a doctor.

No need to be scared anyway.

My mom had one a few years ago and they found that it was fluid accumulation, they got it bursted and the fluid drained and some mild pain medication. It had all dissapeared in a week's time..

Better to have it checked and removed. All the best.

It may have been burnt with hot food and may just be a blister but, if you are concerned go to a Dr.
