Does anyone have really dry skin on the side hand and the crease of the hand opening up.?

I have a one and its hard to close up?

Maybe exzema? I have that. I use Ucerin plus try placing hands hot water (hot enough for you to withstand it). for a few minutes, few times a day , see if it helps. Does for me
