Your premise is faulty by the fact that it assumes that religion fixes any of these problems and by assuming that a lack of religion does not.

Legalize and regulate it just like the rest of the world does it!
How would you address a population that said I want marriage to be how I define it
That's OK with me. Given that 60% of all marriages end in divorce, the sanctity of marriage is overrated by a majority of Americans anyway.
Charity ... Most charity organizations are secular or should be. An atheist world would increase that.
Life in Jail - It's cheaper
Laws of Man = OK because that's what we have right now.
Yes I do see a society flourishing in this way!

Yes, society would flourish.
Addiction would no longer be treated as a lifetime disease -- it would be properly addressed as a control issue, and would re-empower the person instead of relying on some false ideal.
Marriage is already a legal consideration -- notices that even an atheist Justice of the Peace could perform a wedding for two atheists. Marriage would be the union of consenting adult humans. You want a three way, good for you, five, great, ten, cool, don't want to be married at all, also cool. Two's traditional, so that's cool too.
Career criminals almost invariably profess to be Christians anyways. You inadvertantly make our point here.
The fact is that religiousity directly correlates to crime. In areas with high levels of religion, crime is high, areas with low levels of religion, lower crime rates. This has been verified at all scopes, from the local scope to the international scope. Again, you inadvertantly make our point here.
In short -- a world without religion would be infinitely better.

- religion doesn't need to be broadcast everywhere. it's a personal choice. besides, what good is it for people to constantly argue about whos god is better?
- what do alcohol, drugs, porn, food, or gambling have to do with religion?? why can't we just say hey, do you need help? because i've noticed you have a problem, and i'm willing to do what i can to help you through it...?
- marriage should be defined by what it means to you and how commited you are to it.
- not sure. maybe i would ask people to stop paying someone to yell about how they're going to hell, and give that money to charities instead. after all, how hard would it be for them to read the bible themselves? at least that way they'd form their own opinions instead of relying on someone else to tell them. it would help if the rich people stopped getting high tax breaks too. maybe that way i'd live to see social security... doubt it though.
- i think career criminals should be disposed of neatly and discreetly. ok, that was a joke. if we continue to keep them in prison where they receive free room and board + free meals, not only are they virtually unable to function outside of that environment - they won't want to. i don't necessarily think they should all receive the death penalty, but if we were to adopt some of another country's possible punishments! jeeez. imagine how many times you'd want to steal if your hand or fingers were cut off? it would get pretty difficult after 2 times.. but i don't think life is reasonable either - unless the prison system changes. if the prisoners were forced to earn their keep just like they would have to on the outside, i think the idea would lose some of its appeal to all but the hardcore criminals. plus, the gov't would have more money to blow so we end up further in debt - yay!
- if we could respect each other, then i see absolutely no problem with having our own morals as long as it doesn't break the law. oh - or if it were still 'wild west' times - then you can just shoot whoever's bothering you, and go on about your day. ha!

One – we are not living in a fully Atheistic world, so your question really has no basis
Two – not all great works of charity, therapy or morals start with people who are Christians or have any belief in anything outside of the physical world
Three – more wars, depravity, poverty, punishment, death, corruption prejudice and violence stem from religious righteousness and fanaticism than any that just stems from those who do not believe in any organized religion.
So which world should we live in? Christians have had over 2000 years to spread the loving message of Christ, and what has happened to this world? Maybe it really is time for the Atheists to take over.

i think things would be addressed pretty mcuh the same way they are now, only there would be no hate & war due to religion.
btw, i'm an atheist, but that does not mean i don't have something akin to a "higher power"... things i cannot control i "let go" and let nature or fate or what have you take care of it. pretty much like i did when i was a recovering addict and atheist...
also, i give to charity.
i am married
i don't believe in the death penalty
i think people should live & let live. i've no urge to control what people do as long as they don't harm others.

There are already atheist organizations dealing with all of these things. But I'm not going to write a thesis describing them all to you.
However, let me ask you this...
For the sake of argument, let's say that atheism offers no morality whatsoever, and cannot be used to replace religion.
You are then suggesting that we should all pretend to believe in something that is proven to be false, because even though it's false, it gives people morals... Is that correct?
By that rationale, I guess you see no problem with people worhsipping the Flying Spaghetti Monster, as long as it gives them rules to live by, right?
So if we prove your god is false, and you're looking for moral fiber, you'll be more than happy to convert to Pastafarianism? Is that what you're saying?
I think it is. And I hope you now realize what a foolish thing that is to say.

Your question would be more meaningful if
A) People didn't do these things already despite believing in your god
and
B) You could demonstrate that this would happen in an completely atheist society.
Since you can't you sound like a bitter, twisted and deeply unpleasant person

Yes I agree with Sisterzeal we have no morals stand point any more people just accept it as change and don't think nothing about it, and cannot see the corruptness in it anymore so doing sinful things just don't matter to humans but it does with God and some people are willing to stand up for that.

Well, I would never wish for that, but:
Counseling is what helps people with those issues.
Without religion, there would be more money to go to non-profits.
Criminals - same as we do now.
Do what you like as long as it's legal and ethical.
Yes, I think society could flourish without religion.

You do realise we have those problems now, too, right? With a majority of people believing in some kind of god?
Anyway, we already have addiction programs, we have marriage/civil ceremonies, atheists do give to charity and worst case scenario we could make it a tax, no death penalty, and the last part is happening now too.
