Without a spouse. At age 18. Do i have to fill out an application? How do you get the form? Do you have to live in England to get the application or can i get it in America? What do i have to do other than fill out the application?

You can become a U.K (British Citizen) by birth if one or both parents were British Citizens and also married to each other on the day you were born( even if born abroad), or you get married to a citizen of the U.K. To Marry you now need permission to marry a citizen and permanent residency is granted after 2/3 years. You can apply for citizenship after 5 years of permanent residency.
