So you know how to speak english. Fasten himself? Do you mean a seatbelt? Just put in on.

Just sit on ur designated seat, relax, and you will find two belts. Fasten them together. Lift the latch to release. If you have any problems, approach one of the beautiful air stewardess and they should be able to help you.
