If you're diligent about eating healthy and working out, you'll lose weight in 6 weeks on your own. The TV things just tell you what you already know, but they charge you for it. It just takes a little bit of good old fashioned hard work to lose weight, but you can do it.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
