Coffee is actually good for you unless your doctor tell you otherwise.
Drinking it before working out helps you burn more calories because you are able to work out a bit harder and for longer time.
Coffee reduces risk of getting Alzheimer's.
Daily intake shouldn't be over 3 cups.

Yes in a general sense. However, sodas have tons of sugars and high fructose corn syrup and other stuff that looks like black tar acid when in your tummy. Plus, anything that can jump start a car battery shouldn't be ingested LOL, yes just pour Coke, Pepsi, or Dr. Pepper on your car battery and it'll get you an extra 5 miles or so. Coffee on the other has just has caffeine and if other stuff you decide to put in it, such as sugar, milk, or cream.

They both have caffeine which isn't that great, but in the long run I would say sodas are worse. At least coffee gives you some health benefits when served black.

No not as bad but coffee is better than coke because of the amout of sugars and other fillers in coke. Coffee is the natural way. ENJOY

It depends on why you are asking. Coffee has significantly more caffeine than Coke, but Coke is full of calories. If you are trying to reduce caffeine and do not want to substitute it was lots of sugar, maybe you should try de-caf. It still has caffeine in it, just not as much as regular coffee.

It depends if your drinking pure black coffee that's not bad for you at all. It's just that once people add all the cream and sugar to coffee which can potentially make it bad as coke.

I know that both are good for constipation, i.e. both can keep your body running well. From my experience coffee just gives me the jitters after so many cups, but coke or pepsi doesn't have that effect on me but instead it gives me energy.

There are all sorts of claims out there but I think it depends on your dna/heredity as to whether it's bad for you or not.

My doctor told me to stop drinking both coffee and sodas, including diet soda. Caffeine was upsetting my adrenal glands
