I had two ingrown hairs on my thigh(which i weird because they were on an area I don't shave) and I managed to pull them out yesterday.I did that with clean hands and used a cream with vitamins and aloe afterwards, but there are still two red tiny bumps in the area. Will they go away? And also,is there any chance that the new hair that will grow will also become an ingrown one?

The redness will go away - the follicle is still a bit irritated. The new hair may become ingrown too. To prevent this exfoliate w/ a body poof or wash cloth. Applying a product like Tend Skin or a toner w/ salicylic acid will help clear away dead skin cells and prevent ingrown hairs.

They will go away in a day or two so not to worry! I get them a lot. There is a chance that they will become ingrown again but it isn't going to keep happening forever. Try to exfoliate on a regular basis to minimize the occurrence of ingrowns.
