Doctors are not the idiots you seem to think we are. You can't get a doctor to prescribe steroids for you unless you have a medical indication for them.
Perhaps if you have your testicles removed, you'll get your steroids. Still interested?

You don't. If a physician thinks you need steroids he will prescribe them for you. If he thinks you do not, then...hey you're not getting them.
