I feel so sick like somebody jus ripped my heart out stepped on it and put it back in my body. I also have the worst stomach pains ever like i have to vomit every minute. I can't even eat like i want and i cry like every hour. Is this normsl after a break-up?

Different people deal with pain in different ways, but the way you're feeling is what most people who have just broken up with someone they cared deeply about, go through.

You feel weak, aren't hungry, and just really want to get into bed, pull the covers over your head and go to sleep until the pain subsides.

But you have to keep going, because life is not going to stop just because you and your beau aren't together anymore. Wallowing in the pain or self pity doesn't help, even though that sounds like the best thing to do.

The best thing to do, is to go be with the people the that love you the most; your friends and family. They'll be the ones that will be able to get you through this difficult time, and back to your normal, happy self. Just think about as many positive thoughts as you can, and soon you won't be depressed or sad over the break up anymore.

Totally normal dear, and it's even healthy..... you need to take all those negative feelings out of your system and live your "mourning" and your pain before moving on. I can't tell you how much this will last, it's different for every person, just don't try to hold your emotions back, let it flow and cry as much as you can, you will feel a lot better and soon you will be healed and will even forget why you were hurting so much. Good luck dear, I recently lived a very similar situation and I know how much it sucks. But you eventually get back to your normal self, I promise.

It can be... for a little while...

Take care of yourself... get out, go for walks, if you can take a little vacation, maybe go out of town for a short visit with friends or relatives... And cry as much as you need to...

Sometimes it helps to get a notebook and write down all you are feeling...

Yes it is.....with time, you'll feel better. Remember, there was life before him/her and there will be life after him/her.
