I work on my upper body on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I do bench press. inclines, military, lat pull-downs, and curls on Mon and Fri.

On Wednesday, I do pull ups with push-ups between every set. Then I finish it off with dips.

If you really want to make them scream, work them out together intermittently. Try these.

EZ bar curls
Lateral raises
Alternating dumbbell curls
Military press to chest
Dumbbell hammer curls
Bent over laterals
Reverse EZ bar curls
Front dumbbell raises palm down alternating

For all of these use light weights that you can do for at least 10 reps and do three sets each. Not too much rest. End it with:

1 set of 40, 5lb. dumbbell hammer curls
1 set of 40, 5lb. dumbbell lateral raises

You will curse my name due to the pain, but it will work. Light weights get that pump going. This should get your swolls on.

Pushups are a good start. I suggest that you worry more about your triceps rather than biceps, since triceps are 2/3 your arm you can get more strength and a fuller arm.
