My camera is stuck on taking pictures in blue or purple. You know when you go to th menu on your camera? Well, where it has like the sun and cloud and stuff like that, it just changes the colors and it doesnt change it to be normal. My parents wont buy me a new one because they said i should be more responsable with my belonggings. Please help.

take out the batteries for a couple minutes
then when you install them again
set the clock
then go into menu and press reset
it might be in a part called setup

Try removing the battery and letting it sit, maybe it will reset the menu. Otherwise, post some more detailed info like what model the camera is, if the menu is on screen, or do you have a wheel with options on it too?

if i was in your situation i would see if you have any type of warrenty for your camera. thats what i did for my camera and i am getting mine fixed for free. so see if you have a 1-year warrenty or something like that.

check if your warrenty has not expied and have the company service it or send you a new one free
