I came to U,S.A at march 2007 as visitor I have visit visa type B2
Can I get a drivers licene here I have already a bank statement and i have a valied visa and the drivers licene from my countrry

No it is considered a tourist Visa. You can under some circumstances drive for a short period of time with your native license but you should check.

An international driver's license may be obtained as well but usually only before you travel here.

No, you cannot get a US drivers licence at all, and anyway why do you want one, I am suspicious of your behaviour!
