Cats aren't meant to be that small. Domesticated cats are pretty much the smallest feline subspecies already. The combination of tiny size and curiosity would just get them into more trouble than the average cat.
And if not that you'd probably step on it.

There's no miniature cat breed, but some inbred cats have very tiny kittens that don't get very large.

My sister's farm hasn't had any new tom cats in the area and over the years the barn cats have inbred. Nothing bad like crossed eyes or early kitten mortality---hers all went super tiny. She showed me one in the hay mow and I thought it was maybe 4 months old....she said he was 3 years old. The new kittens in the hay bale nest all had their eyes open but were newborn size....

She's not sure if she can bring a new male in, if he breeds with the females they'll have kittens too large to go through the pelvis and not be able to be born without a cesarian. Since hers aren't manifesting any retardation, and they ARE catching their own food (two sets of pigeon wings were laying in the hay), she's not going to do anything yet. The cats are good rat catchers and everything. But they're definately way too small to be normal.

My cat pepper is very small and we believe that she is mixed with some type of Asian cat. Four years ago I went to our local shelter looking to adopt a cat 6 months or older. My daughter saw Pepper and really wanted her, but at first I told my daughter no, because I wanted a cat that was older. Pepper was the same size as the 6 week old kittens they had. There was a staff person there and they told me that Pepper had been born at the shelter and was actually 5 months old. So we decided to adopt Pepper. Which I am so thankful I did, Because after we made our decision and the paper were all signed and as we were walking out the door with our new addition to our family, that same staff person pulled me aside and told me our happy she was that we adopted her, because they had given her one more week and her week was almost up. Pepper is the sweetest little thing and we feel so LUCKY to have her. Just wanted to add that Pepper is the size of a 5 months kitten and she is now 4 years old.

The only thing I know of is the dwarf cat. Kind of looks like a kitty pekingnese[sp?]. A lot of our ferals are very tiny, but there is no way to tell if a kitten will stay tiney. Even runts can grow large.

ask at the pet shop
i know that they exist.
my bf's cousin has this cat and she is really gorgeous, she looks like a tabby the face and everything and she is all colourful

she is really small and skinny with short hair.
she is now about 8months old and is the size of my cat when she was 11weeks old

but i dont know if its any special breed its probably just a normal household cat.
u just have to ask at the petstore how big they grow.
