Some Christians might say Peace Be With You, or God Bless, God Be With You etc. But Jews and Muslims use these greetings because their religions have their own languages (Hebrew/Arabic) whereas Christianity does not have a specific language (apart from Latin for Catholics). As someone else said, Latin has its own greetings, but these are not widely used anymore.

Hebrew and Arabic are both Semitic languages from the Afro-Asiatic family of languages. The greeting is similar in Aramaic and Amharic, which are both Semitic languages as well. Some non-Semitic languages like Farsi, which is Indo-European, have adopted "salaam" from Arabic through the influence of Islam.

A) It used to be Pax vobiscum, Latin for peace be with you. The proper response was etcum (this is supposed to be two separate words, but the censor can't understand Latin {must be a Protestant} and won't print it except as asterisks) spiritu tuo... and with your spirit.
B) Since the Protestant Revolt, hello has been deemed sufficient. (Don't want none of those nasty papist reminders now, do we?).
