If this is true then it should be very easy for America to increase its average IQ. All we need to do is --
1. start cutting out the vaginas of all American women, like they do in the middle east (female genital mutilation)
2. stop wasting money on building schools and colleges. Who needs Harvard & Wharton ?
3. teach our children to hate all minorities and all other religions.
4. give no rights to minorities, but make claims of being very accomodating and peace-loving.
so on and so forth . . .
