Set free from the fear of dying? Set free from sin and hell? Set free from the worries and anxieties of life? The only way to be set free is through Jesus Christ.....it amazes me the peace He gives once you are saved in Him--- the minute you believe and repent of sin, the minute you do this-- knowing you are forgiven, that Christ lives in you.....how He gives you a desire to seek Him, know Him-- to read the Bible with wanting His Spirit to teach you. It is like you have been given an everlasting parachute, that is keeping you from falling. And it is only through Jesus Christ. I would be completely lost with Him, would you?
I cannot imgaine not having Christ in my life....I know it would be scary to go through life without His salvation. That is why I am set free-- Set free from fear! Set free from hell! Set free from sin and death! For Jesus Christ, His grace is sufficient for me! "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God in Christ Jesus is everlasting life"- Romans 5

2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

2Pe 2:19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

What about the conversion to the keeping of Yahweh's 613 Laws, you are still a servant of sin if you don't keep the Laws and this will set you free from the curses of sin that comes from the breaking of Yahweh's Laws,

You've been decieved by free.

How can a religionist be free of the sin that was created and defined by the religion? Your religion created the idea of hell too. So your religion invented the problem and then created the solution to the problem. I take the shorter route by admitting to myself there is no sin and no hell, and we both arrive at the same place. My journey is much shorter and less convoluted though.

You are no more afraid from fear than is the scared child clutching her safety blanket.

Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed, declares the Word of God.

I have come to give you life
A life that's free from sin
Whatever you need I will do it for you
I am Your Saviour, God.

I'd like to be free. Free from people telline me that there is only one being that can make my life okay and I should surrender to him. Newsflash - I CONTROL MY LIFE!!

I have my own beliefs, and I will not listen to the stories people tell themselves to get them through the night, that when their life sucks, this pure, biblical "god" will save them and they don't have to do anything for themselves.

Like I said, I have my own belief system and it's working out pretty damn good right now. It's proving itself to me, but this biblical being is a delusion in my opinion. A misinterpretation.

Another good thought to bring out in regards to what this means for Christians:

"For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. "
Gal 5:13

Your faith is really pure, nice,
if you are really free than include in your understanding also the teaching of Buddha, He was born 500 years before Jesus and their pure teaching is relly close, for those with a real open and free heart
