can anyone tell me if vitamin E oil works on acne marks?? i got those red and brown spots on my face, will the palmer's vitamin e serum work on that???

It may help fade the marks a little but it is not a miracle cure.

Vitamin E has been proclaimed a great skin remedy for lots of problems. The truth is, vitamin E is important like all vitamins but does little for the skin.
The spots you see are from tissue bruising caused by the pimple. They will last much longer than the pimple but those too will fade with time. Keep your skin as clean as possible and have Patience. Good luck.

Yes, I used vitamin E both externally and internally when I was a teenager and I have clear skin and no acne marks what so ever.

Yes it will. Pop a few of the pills and rub the vitamin e on the spot that is giving you the most trouble.
It worked for me.

use the vitamin e capsules...instead of palmers

it is suposed to work on scaring and i dont know if that is considered scaring but give it a try i dont think it can hurt anything

ya i use that, its gonna take about 8 weeks of putting it on twice a day.
