Provided you stay with the low sodium version it's a good way to supplement your veggie intake per day. I mean can any1 really eat 10 servings of veggies every day? I certainly can't and I love them.

It is low in calories, but it is high in sodium. The nice benefit is that it's quick. Three full servings of veggies has very little sodium and really the decision is up to you. Dr. Agatston recommends V-8 in phase one of his South Beach Diet. I hope that helps.
