Just wondering if a baby can grow and be born while a mother is unconscious for a long period of time.

It has happened. But the baby would have to be born by c-section.

Yes,this has happened a lot,and the baby has been born and been fine.Of course the mother will need monitoring and the right diet,etc.,but it does happen.

yes and be very healthy as long as the mother is getting proper nutrition the child will develop normally and be delivered by c-section
