My 15th birthday is in a hotel 7girls & 3 boys. My parents have a different room so i can get away with any thing but go farther that the undies on the balcony i can do ANYTHING!!!!!!

Hmm...sounds like a pretty good occasion! *giggles and shows evil eye* How about the old trick of putting see through plastic on the toilet seat?(saran wrap) Or maybe putting shaving cream in their ice cream sundaes?
Make them martinis- Take some fancy glasses out of the cupboard (most hotels have 'em-if not,sneak down to the hotel kitchen and get some;). Instead of geniune alcohol,just pour in yellow-tinted water,and put in an olive. Believe me,they'll buy it!
And if the guys are obnoxious and the type that would drink beer given the chance, get some mugs and poor in amber liquid (amber-tinted water:P) and put soap foam on the top. Make sure it doesn't have a friuty smell,cuz you're busted. If all else fails,just put in shaving cream.
Is it a sleepover? If so, you can always take some pictures (non flash) of some of the people sleeping. Hopefully,they'll be snoring away,and with luck will be drooling on the pillow or picking their nose ;)
What else? Oh yeah,you can also pull some nice ones with food. You know,a plastic fly on the maccoroni,a spider (fake of course ;) mixed in with some smoothie,a big rubber beetle on the bottom of a soda-filled cup. You can always stick it down with special non-taste glue solution. (Elmer's Edible Glue. Available at Wal*Mart,and very useful ;)

First, make sure your parents are really out of the picture, call room service and send them stuff needed to make the night really romantic, that will keep them out of the way....(make sure to include a note with teh tray explaining you love them and want them to have a good time and are thanking them for the party an dont forget to promise to pay for the room service with your own money when you can afford it).
Then for pranks, ask a friend to get some mice, dont tell them what htey for...just get em, ask another to bring adult magazines, again ill explain, take some letter sized paper printouts of the men and women signs for toilets, take a couple throw away but funny tshirts.
Now for the fun, release the mice into the corridoor and shut the door. In about 2 hrs it will be chaos. Leave the adult magazines in the reception area downstairs by the other normal reading material, use the signs to change the gender of the toilets in the lobby, and use the tshirts to redress any artwork they have in the lobby or other floors.
once you pull off the prank, find a place thats unseen but can see and just wait.

I wouldn't do anything that would get you into trouble. You can play a silly prank or joke on each other as long as you don't hurt someone, like silly string, but remember, you will have to clean it up. Just because your parents are in the next room doesn't mean they won't know. They have cameras in the hotels. I know that they have them in the halls. Think twice before you do something you shouldn't.

yeah right! no parent in there right mind would rent a hotel room for there 15 year old girl with her friends both girls and boys! you need to tell your parents to think about that before you start walking around with a big ol pregnant belly!!

haha, to trick everyone, get some clear saran wrap (like renyolds wrap)... put it on top of the toilet and make it really tight and clear (dont cover the seats, cover the actual toilet bowl) when they sit on the seat, the pee bounces back up and they get so confused and dont know what to do!

see if one of ur friends can get a hold of some alcohol ~ tell them to go to ur parents room instead of your room (your parents will be notified of this previously) and when ur parents open the door make them fake call the guy/girls parents and have them make it a really big situation ~ "ur mom says when u get home blah blah balh, etc"
i think thatd be pretty funny.
