i just got a speeding ticket a couple days ago...
me and my girlfriend were heading back from her hometown and i got it on the highway... almost home and everything...
its a 75 dollar ticket (illinois)... but it wasnt my car it was my girlfriends but i was driving... whos insurace does that go on..

Yours. The ticket was issued to you, not the car or it's owner. The car information is only recorded as part of the overall evidence of the infraction.

Yours!!! Go to court and ask the judge to take the ticket under advisement. If it is your first ticket he should and it will not go on your record if you get no more tickets for 6 months. Still have to pay the fine though. Good Luck.
