Around November of last year I started going to the gym 3-4 times a week plus a 30 min walk each day and I started a diet. I was not largely over weight, but I had gained some weight and wasn’t happy with my body. I’ve lost a lot of that weight, but I still want to lose about 5 to 15 pounds more and tone up those mucles. I’m vegetarian and highly allergic to fish (Some vegetarians eat fish). I don’t eat a lot of carbs (I eat some for the energy when working out) and I keep fats and sugars to the absolute minimal. I don’t drink more than 2 or 3 diet sodas a week. I mostly drink water and orange juice. My workout consists of an hour on the bike and a 45 min to an hour of weights. The last of the weight seems REALLY slow in coming off. Sometimes I feel as though I gain a little back after I lose some, but that might be all in my head. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to change something?

Change your cardio - stationary bike makes you gain some muscle in your thighs.
You have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min to lose fat and you cant target any areas - we cant spot reduce body fat naturally. You have to lower your body fat percentage to lose fat on any particular places on your body.
All you need is 2-3 times a week for light weight training - no way an hour every day you work out- thats just too much.
you have to count calories you eat because its all about calories in vs calories out. you also have to make sure you get enough protein - milk and soy products, legumes, whey protein.
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day and at least 8 glasses of water.
body needs healthy fats to function - avocados, nuts, nut butters, ground flax seeds or flax seed/omega oils etc.

i think maybe you should just switch things up with your workout. instead of using the bike- why not work out on a different piece of equipment or getting a new exercise video. i'm in the same place as you right now- and i'm hoping that trying a different workout will help. right now i'm trying the yoga booty ballet dvd's. hope that helps.
