She is either flirting cause she's flirty/friendly or she's flirting cause she likes you, it's hard to tell the difference. Flirt back! Maybe ask her in for a coffee one day? Go for it!! :o)

why not just ask her?
Two things to make note of.
First make sure your not stepping on anyone elses toes, like a boyfriend or husband because it's just not worth it to get involved in this situation, it ALWAYS end up bad.
Secondly, just test the water slightly, don't dive in because if things go badly wrong you still have to live next to the women!

yeah get her really drunk and then youll know for sure. I dont recommend that but do ask her out on a date, if you get turned down who care, its really not the end of the world. if you do perhaps you can move in and save money on housing expenses. obviously she likes the neighborhood!
