I haven't been able to sleep these past couple of nights. I don't usually go to bed early. I'm a night owl, but it's not that. I have had a few things on my mind & when I'm finally ready to go to bed I can't sleep. What can I do to help me sleep???????

My first advice is avoid sleeping pills. Needing pills to sleep doesn't sound like a very healthy situation. Your not being able to sleep is most likely because of the few things on your mind. Best and healthiest way to solve the problem: get the stuff off your mind, solve the problem, whatever it takes to clear your mind. Exercising more, like taking a walk around the block or at a local park, shortly before going to bed always helps too, and gives you time to think things through.

Try a sleep CD....it reminds me of funeral music but honestly its very relaxing and helps me get to a calm state where I do fall asleep

It happens the same to e... when Im under stress, or with too many things on my mind, I take Tylenol PM... It will relax you, without nocking you out!! You should def try it... they sell it over the counter... !

go to the drug store and get some sleep aid pills. my fiance has the same problem

OD on sleeping pills. that should do it.
